CommentsAlthough there were some complications with delivery of our Arrow of Light arrows, Robert was very accommodating when the problem was discovered. He went out of his way to get the problem corrected. The arrows, and subsequent items he sent to compensate for our inconvenience, were first class items. His concern for our scouts was greatly appreciated.

Robert, This note is to sincerely thank you for a job well done. In late 2003, I contacted you regarding the construction of thirteen Arrow-of-Light plaques for two second-year Webelos dens that would be crossing over to Boy Scouts in January of 2004. I sent you the information on each of our boys, and your work was flawless. I appreciated your thoroughness in checking and rechecking every detail of our order to make sure that your work would fully meet our expectations. Your attention to those details resulted in a perfectly fulfilled order. Equally important to me was your fine craftsmanship in the construction of the arrows, with their perfect flint arrow heads, beautiful fletching, and precision color code striping. Your workmanship on the beautiful plaques on which the arrows were mounted was flawless as well. Robert, on behalf of all of our boys and their families, I want to thank you for the work you have done for us. We deeply appreciate it, and our boys will always cherish their plaques and the memories of Cub Scouting that they represent. To anyone considering Robert Killgo to make their Arrow-of-Light plaques, I can heartily recommend him as an honest and talented craftsman who is fully capable of creating arrows and plaques that are truly designed and crafted in the spirit of the Cub Scout Motto, "Do Your Best". CommentsHi, Robert! The plaques are simply beautiful! I keep going back to look at them and to feel the fine finish. The scalloping around the border is a very nice touch and the red cedar just glows. The arrows are great too. You did such a precise job of painting all those color bands! Thanks so much! I can't wait to show off the whole Arrow of Light set to the other scout leaders. I will hand out information about Spirit Wind at the next Scout Roundtable. CommentsI just received the arrow yesterday. You produce a very excellent product with outstanding workmanship. You are truly a craftsman and a exceptional flinter/flintsman. I was surprised at how detailed you could make the arrowhead since it seems that the little edges would easily break off. The shaft and feathers were also very nicely done. Thank you again for the excellent product.
