To Order: Please email me making sure to note the product number. We honor requests on a first-come basis. In the event of duplicate requests for the same item, the date/time stamp on your email verifies the first request. We will confirm your order, and provide a final payment-due total.

Shipping: Shipping and handling (S & A) will be added a total of $5.50 for packages up to 2 lbs. USPS First Class up to 13 oz. and then Priority over 13 oz. You may arrange to combine orders to save on shipping. At your request we will ship via an alternate carrier, in which case you pay the additional charges. International orders pay actual shipping, handling and insurance charges, to be determined after country and mail-code is provided. All documentation of costs will be provided to you.

SPIRIT WIND's SHIPPING GUARANTEE: If SPIRIT WIND tells a customer their purchase is guaranteed with us, and it arrives broken or damaged, return it within 10 working days (two weeks) from the delivery confirmation date at your expense in the original packaging and it will be replaced, repaired, or a refund will be issued. Our packaging is exceptional and the original packaging must be returned with obvious destruction or the guarantee is void. If you want insurance it is your responsibility to be sure you have requested it. Most of the time, insurance is simply a waste of money especially if you try to collect on it!! SPIRIT WIND reserves the right to add insurance to any order at either the customer's or our expense to void our shipping guarantee and render the shipping service responsible.

SPIRIT WIND's PRODUCT GUARANTEE - DISPLAY ONLY ITEMS: All items made for display are made with the intent of them lasting a lifetime. However, when working with nature-made products, there can be surprises somewhere down the road no matter how much care is taken. Materials can crack, split, or warp with climatic differences. Therefore, SPIRIT WIND offers a 100% guarantee on workmanship when returned in the same condition it was received with no alterations of any kind. The guarantee applies to workmanship and material only and is void with customer damages, whether intended or not. If you are not happy with the workmanship, SPIRIT WIND will replace the item or refund the cost, depending on the situation, when it is returned to us with your reason for return. As long as the materials used for the particular item are still available, it will be replaced for material failure. SPIRIT WIND does reserve the right to make the final decision as to replacement, refund, or void, as well as changing the materials used per availability. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders or customization within an order, unless the mistake is ours. Our custom work is unbeatable, so SPIRIT WIND guarantees our custom work if it is verified by the customer that we made a mistake in the work. If the mistake is the customers, it will require a new, prepaid order for replacement. Our guarantee does NOT include dropped items and does NOT include feathers being eaten by dust mites, etc. All arrow shafts are completely straightened when shipped and moisture/humidity play a major role in arrow shafts warping after manufacturing, "IF" it is going to happen at all. SPIRIT WIND therefore can not cover arrow shaft warpage, or 'crookedness' in our guarantee as that can happen during shipping no matter how well a shipment is packaged, or within days after receipt due to climatic conditions in your area. All of the above is for legal reasons but if you have a problem with something like an arrow turning into a bananna two years later, please contact us and let us know. SPIRIT WIND's PRODUCT GUARANTEE - FUNCTIONAL ITEMS: All items made for use are made with the intent to get lots of use from it, sometimes years if used properly. However, our guarantee normally does not cover functional items after being put to use. Sometimes we will guarantee individual items depending on the situation. For example, although it has never happened and never will, should a stone knife blade detach at the haft of a skinning knife while being used, of course it will be repaired or replaced free of charge less shipping. If a stone-tipped, cane shafted arrow glances off of a soft target block and breaks or cracks, of course it will be replaced. Naturally, if you apply too much force while using the stone knife and 'break' the stone blade or handle, it is not covered. Addtionally, if you miss the target and it glances off and hits a hard object, breaking or altering the stone arrow point, of course you will need to buy a new arrow or pay for repairs.

SPIRIT WIND's RETURN POLICY: This policy regards "all" items sold by SPIRIT WIND, whether made by SPIRIT WIND or not. Customization of products renders returns null and void as customization renders products unsalable to other customers causing loss of revenue. In other words, we will not accept returns or refund money for custom work because you found a cheaper product at a cheaper cost somewhere else. SPIRIT WIND monitors our competition and we fully know you will NOT find a better-made or nicer-looking product at a cheaper price. The only way customized products are returnable is if there is a defect in the manufacturing causing problems down the road rendering that product unusable in the future as well, and the final decision regarding that claim is at the sole discretion of SPIRIT WIND, and by purchasing from SPIRIT WIND you agree to all of our return policies and guarantees/warrantees. Due to the personalized spacing of the Webelo pin holes on plaques, although we have NEVER had a return on an item, there are no returns on plaques with Webeo pin holes drilled by SPIRIT WIND, even if you are not happy with the spacing or arrangment, and no acceptance of returns of items altered by customers.

SPIRIT WIND reserves the right to change or alter materials or styles or components or sizes when deemed necessary and without notice. We also fully reserve the right, as any business does, to change or alter policies, rules, regulations, statements, etc. at any time without notice either verbally in person or on phone or written on the website, as changes may be necessary and made months before the change can be noted on the website. To reiterate, SPIRIT WIND reserves the right to change anything at any given time without pre- or post-notice to anyone since memberships are neither sold nor required to purchase from our website.
